The first edition of Fiera Turismo Sud will take place in Calabria in 2026. The exact date and venue will be communicated to confirmed exhibitors. The FTS Dispatches — our newsletter — will be the first channel for updates.

The three packages differ in stand size, number of exhibitor passes, visibility in official communications and the quota of invited buyers. The Signature package includes editorial presence in the FTS Dispatches and professional photo/video production. The comparison table on this page summarises all the differences.

FTS does not publish fixed price lists: every proposal is calibrated to the company’s specific needs, its sector and space availability. Our team will send a tailored quote within 3 days of the application.

The 2026 edition is limited to 80 exhibitors. This capped number is an editorial choice: it guarantees quality of interactions, thematic coherence and individual attention to every participant. Applications are assessed in order of receipt.

FTS invites tour operators, travel agencies, MICE buyers, travel media and decision-makers in international tourism, with particular focus on the German, French, British and North American markets. The selection is curated directly by the FTS team to ensure relevance to the exhibitors’ offerings.

Yes, you can request co-exhibition with one or more partner companies in the Specific Needs section of the application form. Technical and commercial details will be defined in the tailored proposal.

The Essential package includes a pre-fitted shell-scheme stand (walls, floor, basic lighting, power socket, Wi-Fi). The Premium and Signature packages provide a customisable fit-out: the FTS team will give you the full technical specification upon confirmation.

FTS uses a digital matchmaking platform that lets exhibitors indicate the types of buyers they are interested in and pre-schedule B2B meetings. The Premium and Signature packages include meetings curated directly by the team. The platform goes live 4 weeks before the event.

FTS pays particular attention to local excellence. Companies based in the territories of the Mezzogiorno can indicate this in their application: we assess case by case the possibility of specific terms for deserving businesses that would otherwise be excluded for economic reasons.

Cancellation terms are detailed in the participation contract. In general, cancellations notified more than 60 days before the event are subject to a partial penalty; those notified more than 30 days before, to a full penalty. The FTS team assesses exceptional situations case by case.
